Note: Ad-List registrants are automatically added to our "Ad-List Users" mailing list in case we need to announce changes or news related to the program
Acknowledgment of Representations
REFERENCES:
"AGENTS" - Timeshare Realty and all affiliate agents and agencies of Timeshare Travel & Associates, Inc.
"TTA" - Timeshare Travel & Associates, Inc.
"OWNER" - Registered Timeshare Seller(s)
I understand Timeshare Travel & Associates, Inc. to provide the following:
- The registration fee registers OWNER with the TTA National AD-LIST Program. This service provides an open-ended AD-LISTING in which listing information is provided to AGENTS, resale companies, rental companies and potential buyers nationwide. When the timeshare(s) is/are sold, buyer pays commissions of sale unless otherwise disclosed. Two updates will be provided in writing for six months, including a free renewal notice if not sold. An AD-LISTING will continue to be provided until either 1) the timeshare(s) is/are sold, 2) TTA receives notification from OWNER to discontinue AD-LISTING, or 3) OWNER fails to respond promptly to written notification from TTA.
- AGENTS are licensed real estate professionals and have affiliation with TTA. The registration fee is not a real estate listing fee; however, the AD-LIST information will need to be supplied to AGENTS.
- An open AD-LISTING allows OWNER to sell him or herself and use the services of other brokers without obligation to AGENTS. If OWNER sells the property him of herself, OWNER will notify TTA. Agents & TTA will be available to assist OWNER in closing.
- AGENTS agree to make reasonable efforts to obtain a purchaser for the timeshare unit(s) promoted on the AD-LIST. TTA will provide and make available AD-LISTS to AGENTS, resale companies, rental companies and potential buyers. TTA will provide general advertising in major newspapers, national radio, magazines, yellow pages, and direct mail. TTA will provide specific advertising for a minimum of six months on both TTA web site and in the Timeshare Travel Report.
- OWNER shall hold AGENTS harmless against and from any and all claims, demands and liabilities for failure to sell OWNER'S property. AGENTS will contact OWNER with any and all offers they receive.
