Availability is Limited

Rental availability is Limited! Our business is selling timeshares, not rentals - however, we do have some rentals available for the use of our clients. Place your request and we will do our best to help you. You will be contacted by e-mail, within 72 hours, if available. Many weeks have a rent-to-buy option.

Subject to Availability

Weeks are subject to availability through RCI, II and ORE. They include most resort areas in the world: Orlando, Mexico, Palm Springs, Lake Tahoe, Park City, Las Vegas, Hawaii and hundreds more. Place your request by following the instructions below.

Rental Policy

Please read before you send a request.

1. All reservations can only be booked within the next 90 days
2. All reservations are final. No cancellations
3. All reservations are subject to availability, prime time dates and holidays are difficult
4. Give specific dates, starting on Friday, Saturday or Sunday for 7 nights
5. Give 3 choices of dates (not required) and 3 choices of areas (not required) for flexibility
6. Give 72 hours for answer (business hours)
7. When presented with rental, you have 24 hours to accept or decline
8. With confirmed acceptance credit card number is required to hold
9. All reservations must be paid with delivery of confirmation
