In response to the article that was just written about Timeshare Travels of Boca Raton, we need to let the folks know that Timeshare Travel of Salt Lake City, Utah is in no way related to or a division of the Timeshare Travels of Boca Raton, Florida.

Timeshare Travels of Boca Raton, Florida has infringed upon our trademark and we are currently looking into this for legal ramifications. It has been reported to us that Timeshare Travels of Boca Raton, Florida has not only violated trademark infringement, but their reps have also used our good name to profess they have been in business for 25 years as we have, and that they are members in good standing with the BBB as we are. We have also been told that their reps will say that Timeshare Travel of Salt Lake City is a division of their company which is clearly not true. They have been using our history as their own, when clearly they have not been in business 25 years. Their claims to customers to be the top selling timeshare reseller is unbelievable and unsubstantiated when their company has not been heard of before the last year or two, and certainly has not been listed by Timesharing Today or USA Today as one of the leading resellers as our company has been.

Our Timeshare Travel customer service department in Salt Lake City, Utah has taken several calls from Timeshare Travels of Boca Raton, Florida customers concerned that we have scammed them out of money. Before these customers call us, most have already paid Timeshare Travels hundreds of dollars - and have never heard from them ever again. They obviously confuse their name with ours when looking on the internet or phone book.

Timeshare Travel has been located in Salt Lake City since 1984 and we have never changed our name or our owner or our location. We do not have any branch offices. From the first day that we opened our doors we have always made sure that our customers get the service they deserve and have paid for. Timeshare Travel is a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
